1. What Uyio AI Is

Uyio AI is an AI-powered communication practice tool. It provides feedback on your speaking based on AI analysis. It is not a substitute for professional speech therapy, medical advice, or mental health services.

2. Using Uyio AI

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Uyio AI
• You are responsible for the content you record during practice sessions
• Do not use Uyio AI to record conversations with other people without their consent
• Do not use Uyio AI for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose

3. AI Feedback Disclaimer

Uyio AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze your speech. AI feedback is:

• Provided for educational and practice purposes only
• Not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate
• Not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, or medical advice
• Subject to variation between sessions

4. Free and Paid Tiers

• Free tier: 3 practice sessions per day, resets daily
• Paid tier: unlimited practice sessions and additional features
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Your Content

• You own your voice recordings and transcripts
• By using Uyio AI, you grant us permission to process your audio for the purpose of generating feedback
• We do not claim ownership of your practice content

6. Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Uyio AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of AI feedback, or specific outcomes from using the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Uyio AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
